The pin-out for the LCD mini-XLR connectors (those that go into the headphones themselves) on our LCD series cables is as follows:
1 and 4: +
2 and 3: -
Left and right are the same.
The single ended version is wired for the current standard:

For our balanced cable, the 4-pin XLR at the source end is wired to the current XLR standard:
1: L+
2: L-
3: R+
4: R-

For LCD-1, the stock cable is effectively two separate cables bundled into one, with full signal going to all connectors. For an aftermarket cable to work properly, each side must be wired with a 3.5mm stereo TRS plug connected for the proper side (or both sides, as is done for the stock cable).
