Update the dongle
- Plug in the dongle.
- Navigate to Product Settings.
- Click the Firmware Update button.
- Follow the on‑screen prompts.

Update the headphones
- Plug in the headphones.
- Follow the on‑screen prompts to complete the update.
Important:
- Both the dongle and headphones must be updated to maintain parity and ensure proper compatibility.
- Firmware updates can only be performed using the Windows and macOS apps. Updating via Android or iPhone apps is not supported.
