Greetings Traveler! The lifeforce contained within Mobius has a finite time-period, and must occasionally be connected to an approved power source for replenishment. You can use any standard 5 Volt USB charging output for Mobius, such as a mobile device charger or computer USB connection. Charge time from 0% to 100% is about 3 hours with a 1 Amp wall-charger and Mobius powered off. Use of a charger with lower power rating (such as a computer USB port) and/or charging with Mobius powered on will increase the time it takes to charge Mobius’ battery.
Connect the appropriate cable to Mobius' USB-C port, then to your charging device. You should then see the magical red LED on Mobius' left earcup light up to indicate that electrons are traveling to the battery pack. Once enough electrons have been transmitted to completely fill Mobius' battery reserves, the red LED will go out.
We do not recommend using a computer USB port for long-term charging as some ports may be deactivated by the computer's power-saving features. This can actually cause Mobius' battery to dis-charge (even when Mobius is powered off!), since the electrical connection remains open and the electrons may then travel in reverse, have parties and wreak general havoc on the battery's universe.
Battery life should be approximately 10 Earth hours in Bluetooth mode, with 3D turned On, and this shall be extended if 3D is turned Off. Results may vary on any non-Earth planet. The Gypsy Muse contained within Mobius will recite an audible warning of "Battery Low" when charge is low, and Mobius may then become irritable and refuse to cooperate. If this warning is heard, don't panic, but please connect Mobius to an approved power source at your earliest convenience.
If you want to charge and listen simultaneously over Bluetooth or AUX, you may need to toggle the input selection to your preferred source after plugging in a USB charge cable. To do that, simply double-click the 3D Button.
Note: Battery life and charge time will be affected by many factors, such as your solar system's magnetic/gravitational pull, RFI/MFI levels on your particular starship, etc. Time travel may have an adverse and disproportional effect, and may shorten battery life by a considerable margin. Please be advised that Audeze's warranty agreement does not cover damage due to time travel.
